Figureshero provides free standard shipping to supported destinations available during checkout.
Shipping availability is determined by the customer's delivery address and the destinations enabled in our store.

11. Delivery Information and Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

12. Order Cancellations and Modifications

We may accommodate cancellation or modification requests before shipment, provided that the request can still be processed.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
When a paid order is successfully canceled, the applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Figureshero accepts eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact our customer support team to obtain return authorization and applicable instructions before sending items back.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products attributable to Figureshero, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover applicable return shipping costs.
Figureshero does not charge restocking fees.
Once a refund has been approved, we generally process it within 1–3 business days.
Refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method. The customer's bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.
We do not offer direct exchanges for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Customers may return an eligible product and place a separate order.
Replacements may be arranged for damaged, defective, or incorrect items where appropriate and subject to availability.
